Article Types
The article types accepted by ASSRJ, with guidance on scope and length for each.
ASSRJ welcomes original work across the social sciences. The journal does not impose a strict word limit, but very long manuscripts (typically more than 30 pages) can slow review, as length discourages reviewers. Choose the article type that best fits your study and follow Preparing Your Manuscript. The article types and any associated word counts below align with common social-science practice.
