Publisher responsibilities
The publisher is responsible for providing and maintaining the journal’s publishing infrastructure and administrative services. These responsibilities include:

| ✓ | Assisting authors, reviewers, and editors |
| ✓ | Producing and publishing accepted articles |
| ✓ | Registering and maintaining article metadata and identifiers |

| ✓ | Supporting digital preservation |
| ✓ | Administering publication charges and records |
| ✓ | Assisting with corrections and publication-integrity matters |
Editorial responsibility
Academic and editorial decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief and the journal’s authorised editors. The publisher supports the editorial process but does not determine whether an individual manuscript should be accepted or rejected for commercial reasons.
The names, roles, institutional affiliations, countries, and relevant profiles of the journal’s editors are provided under the separate top-level Editorial Team menu.
Editorial independence
Editorial decisions are based on originality, significance, relevance, methodological quality, clarity, ethical compliance, and the validity of the conclusions. Decisions are not influenced by:

Publishing model
ABR is a fully open-access journal supported principally through an Article Publishing Charge payable only after acceptance. The charge does not guarantee acceptance, faster peer review, or a particular editorial outcome.
