Transactions on Engineering and Computing Sciences (TECS; ISSN 2756-2638) is an international, peer-reviewed, fully open-access journal published by Scholar Publishing, United Kingdom. The journal publishes original research and critical reviews across engineering and the computing sciences, providing researchers, engineers, and computer and data scientists with a venue in which to communicate work that advances the theory and practice of engineering and computing and their application to real-world problems.

TECS publishes both applied and basic research, and is particularly interested in emerging fields and concepts that give direction to research and development in engineering and computing. It welcomes state-of-the-art contributions reporting applications, techniques and algorithms, together with theoretical advances. As a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), TECS follows the COPE Core Practices and observes the joint Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing. The journal was formerly titled Transactions on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ISSN 2054-7390).
